Roots

2010 - 2019 - Communal ritual art creating space to metabolize grief, researched in relationship with nature, and developed in collaborative labs: MOR Midwife Circle and Artists Circle. Each project was co-held by somatic therapists, doulas, teachers, ecologists, actors, dancers, writers, and other creatives. 

Magical Being: Scapegoat - deep dive into the paternalistic pattern of ‘othering’ through the lenses of history, culture, ecology, and ancestral trauma.

Pilgrimage of Remembrance - two outdoor lamentation and renewal  ritual theatre immersions for up to 40 women, inspired in part by Rumi’s The Guest House. Held by puppetry, the Earth, and 16 artistic midwives.

Grief Demons - handmade mask ritual informed in part by by Tsultrim Allione's Feed Your Demons and Robert Johnson's Owning Your Own Shadow.
