Whether it is personal loss or heartbreak for the world, when we collectively honor our sorrow, compassion grows and flows into our families, communities, and beyond.
These free, inclusive, and restorative circles invite us to slow down and welcome every kind of loss, no matter how long it has been. Each gathering centers a guest storyteller and includes journaling, singing, and movement. Experienced healing artists and somatic therapists also participate to further support the process.
